Submit a claim

You can file a claim if your shipment was damaged or lost within our network.

You must be the GLS account holder responsible for the invoice of the shipment in question in order to be eligible.

Please retain all damaged freight in the state in which it was delivered.

It is important to note that all claims will be evaluated pursuant to GLS's Tariff 100 - Rules and Regulations for Freight and Parcel divisions respectfully.

Before continuing, be sure to have the following information on hand:

  1. Your GLS tracking number
  2. The cost invoice or repair invoice
  3. Photos of the damaged goods (if applicable)
